These terms are the public terms for this company website and for text programs we operate. They are not legal advice.

1. Who we are

These terms are between you and Undertoad Holdings LLC, a Texas limited liability company, 180 Echo Ln, Huntsville, TX 77320, United States. Email: hello@tdcjbids.com.

We operate the UnitBid product at tdcjbids.com and app.tdcjbids.com. UnitBid is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice or any State of Texas agency.

SMS Terms

These SMS Terms cover text messages from Undertoad Holdings LLC, including texts sent under the UnitBid name.

We do not offer a text program on undertoadholdings.com. This site does not collect a mobile number. Do not text a keyword to join — we do not honor JOIN or START as a signup path.

UnitBid text alerts are optional. They stay off unless you check the box on the order form at app.tdcjbids.com/order, during setup, or in Settings. The box is unchecked by default. Checking it is not required to buy a plan. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

If you opt in, UnitBid (Undertoad Holdings LLC) sends recurring texts when a public job newly matches your shop, or when a matched job is due within 48 hours. Frequency varies — often a few texts a month, sometimes none. We do not send marketing blasts by text.

Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help. You can also uncheck the text box in Settings. Help: hello@tdcjbids.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

2. This website

undertoadholdings.com describes the company. It is not an offer to sell a specific plan. Prices, if any, are on the product site. You may not scrape this site in a way that degrades it, or present it as a government page.

3. Products

Product terms on tdcjbids.com apply to UnitBid accounts, billing, and the bid desk. Those pages name Undertoad Holdings LLC as the operator. If a product term conflicts with these SMS Terms on consent, STOP, or sharing of opt-in data, these SMS Terms control.

UnitBid does not submit bids, does not bid as your agent, and does not speak to TDCJ for you. Public listings can be late or wrong. The official posting controls.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use our sites or messages to break the law, to send spam, or to pretend you are us or a government agency. We may suspend access that looks like abuse or fraud.

5. No professional advice

Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or bidding advice. You are responsible for your licenses, insurance, and every number you put on a bid.

6. Disclaimers

The sites are provided as available. We do not warrant that a page, email, or text will arrive on time, or that a match will win work. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Undertoad Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost bids, or carrier delays. Some states do not allow these limits. In those states, the limit applies only as far as the law allows. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited, including liability for our own fraud.

8. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. The date at the top will change. Continued use of the website after the date changes means you accept the new website terms. A text program you already joined keeps the STOP and HELP rules above even if other sections change.

9. Law

Texas law governs these terms, except where federal telecom law controls a text program. Courts in Texas are the venue, except where the law gives you a different forum you cannot waive.
